Ball games at Pepsi Center and Coors Field are a mile away. The hotel welcomes NOYS attendees with a newly renovated modern lobby and a on-site hotel dining serving classic American fare restaurant. Guestrooms offer fabulous views of the city, floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable bedding, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Room Rates

NOYS has worked with Embassy Suites to offer competitive rates that will meet your accommodation needs. To support our host city, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, all attendees are encouraged to book within the official NYTEC housing block.

Rates include a complimentary hot breakfast buffet and evening reception with soft drinks and light refreshments. 

All room rates are per night, exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 15.75%. (Subject to change without notice).

Making Reservations

Registration is not required before reserving a room. However, NOYS will be cross-checking hotel reservation lists against registered attendees. Hotel reservations may be canceled for guests who do not register to attend the convening.

* Convening attendees are not required to stay at the official hotel but are highly encouraged.

Reservation Cut-off Date

The deadline to reserve rooms at the discounted meeting rate is Wednesday, August 28, 5:00pm CT. Reservations made after this date will be confirmed based on hotel availability, and rates may be higher than the group rate.

Deposit Policy

  • All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival via an American Express Card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, advance deposit by personal or company check. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. 

  • Credit card will not be charged until check‐in. 

  • Hotel will provide a credit card authorization form, or secure link for guests who will not have the credit card to be charged in their possession at check‐in. 

  • Guests may pre‐pay for their room by check – the hotel must receive payment at least 10 business days prior to the guest’s arrival date. Check must be made payable and mailed to: Embassy Suites Denver Convention Center, 1420 Stout St, Denver, CO 80202, ATTN: Name.

Cancellation Policy

Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 48 hours prior to confirmed arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. All cancellations must be submitted online with a cancellation number provided immediately.

Onsite Transportation:

  • Fly into Denver International Airport and take the A Line to downtown Denver. A one-way trip costs $10.50 into Union Station. From there, you can take the local bus/shuttle to the conference hotel. An easy google route can be found here. 

  • #NYTEC2024 attendees will be provided a $20 Lyft discount code for rideshare and scooters from September 18 - 22, 2024.
