Honoring Cheryl Neverman

NOYS has established a scholarship in honor of the life and leadership of Cheryl Neverman.  The Cheryl Neverman Traffic Safety Leadership Scholarship will be awarded annually as part of the Global Youth Traffic Safety Month in May.  She and her family approved this effort as a way to continue her legacy by investing in the youth leaders of today.
