The following PSAs were developed by Dover Youth to Youth (Y2Y), an after-school drug-prevention program coordinated by the Dover Police Department Community Outreach Bureau. Y2Y is open to students in 6 th -12 th grade in 4 local schools in Dover : Dover Middle School , Dover High School St. Mary Academy and St. Thomas Aquinas High School , as well as a few students from outside our district. Love Search
PSA Description: "Love Search" is a 60-second radio ad targeting a general audience. This PSA is a satire of an advertisement for a dating service and has a strong manipulation-style message.
Core Message: The PSA focuses on influencing public attitudes towards tobacco and the tobacco industry by focusing on:
- The industry's disregard for the health and financial consequences of using tobacco, and
- The fact that the tobacco industry has targeted kids.
Tips for Re-recording: This PSA requires 6 voices.
